Speaking & Professional Education

Engaging, evidence-informed presentations, trainings, and workshops are customized to the audience and grounded in current clinical practice, public health, research, and real-world experience.

Services are available for healthcare organizations, universities, conferences, professional associations, community organizations, media, and other appropriate audiences.

Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision is designed for emerging clinicians who want more than completed hours and checked boxes. Florida Board requirements are covered, but the work also focuses on building real competence, stronger clinical judgment, and confidence in independent practice.

Supervision may address documentation, treatment planning, ethical and legal standards, crisis intervention, cultural responsiveness, professional boundaries, safety, clinical decision-making, and the practical realities of working as a licensed clinician.

The process is collaborative, structured, and active. Supervisees are expected to come prepared with real cases, questions, and areas for growth. Sessions include direct feedback, critical thinking, and practical discussion—not passive reassurance.

Virtual individual supervision is available weekly or biweekly for Florida Registered Clinical Social Work Interns pursuing LCSW licensure. Hours are tracked clearly, onboarding is straightforward, and support between sessions is available when appropriate.

The goal is not only to complete the required hours, but to leave supervision with the competence, clarity, and readiness to practice responsibly. Learn more about Erica and her clinical experience and approach.
